Terms and Conditions

1. Interns shall commit to work for at least 20 hours every week. (Monday-Saturday)
2. The Internship period is for 6 months.
3. Based on the output and commitment, interns will be offered full time positions with Logix and incentives will be as per market standards.
4. Monthly review will happen for each candidate. For the candidates who perform well for 3 consecutive months and management is happy with the work, they shall be offered a full time role at the end of the third/fourth month.
5. During the Internship period, you will be entitled to get from INR 5K — INR 10K based on knowledge and experience.
6. If you have been given the opportunity for full time employment and you commit with the organization for a minimum of one year, you shall be entitled to get the LOGIX tokens based on the decision taken by the management at that point of time.
